Our global client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their established organization. Responsibilities include:
· Research, review and document existing processes, procedures and functions for accuracy and enhancement.
· Prepare documentation for project-related business requirements, to be utilized by technical and business audiences.
· Manage multiple project tasks and client relationships simultaneously.
· Participate in the training of all levels of internal resources.
· Document new software and technology solutions to meet compliance and regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
· Provide subject matter expertise in the creation of user manual documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems/Technology
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst or Change Management experience
- Strong accounting knowledge including financial reporting, GAAP and IFRS experience.
- Intermediate Word, Visio and Excel skills
- 2-3 years experience using PeopleSoft Financials as well as PeopleSoft Integration Technology experience.
Salary range is $65K to $75K, plus bonus potential.
