Our client is seeking a HR Generalist for a temporary assignment. The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR Manager to align HR functions with company goals and implement corporate policies and procedures. This position will assist in the support of multiple field sites in the areas of employee relations, benefits, policies/procedures, safety and workers compensation, compliance and project management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or 3-5 years of prior Human Resources Generalist experience, strong communication, presentation, organization and leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations. Experience in a manufacturing environment and prior union experience is a plus. Salary is based on experience.
