Our client, a dynamic organization in the St. Louis area, is seeking a Operations Finance Manager to join their team.  Responsibilities include:

·         Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly financial statements and provide understanding of major deviations from budget plan.

·         Coordinate the annual and quarterly budgeting process for Operations Finance and ensure timely and accurate cost and earnings projections and provide analysis of deviations from plan. 

·         Compile reporting packages to support board, bank, auditor or any strategic meeting requiring financial review and analysis.

·         Weekly preparation of Asset Based Loan reporting documents.

·         Maintain FIFO and obsolescence reserve balances in accordance with GAAP requirements.

·         Participate in the standard cost setting and new product development processes.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree—MBA or CPA preferred—along with a minimum of 7 years experience and have worked extensively with SAP.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
